Instructions:

  1. Duplicate this template for your own edits and use. IMPT: This is just a simple template. The great thing about Notion is that you can customize it easily. There are plenty of tutorials online. However, as long as you get the principle right, this will be a good tool for you.
  2. When you plan your schedule, you want to do so horizontally and vertically. This means you include all the main priorities/subjects in your life (horizontally), and then add tasks in each priority (vertically). In the template, I have included some, but you can add your own
  3. At the beginning of each week (Sunday), write out all the specific tasks you want to do in each priority
  4. Schedule them into time slots for the whole week. As shown, I have split the day into 3 parts, morning, afternoon and night. Within each part, you can schedule in tasks. You can also add specific time blocks (for e.g 1-3pm), if that works better for you. Do remember to add in breaks and non-negotiable items based on your priorities too.
  5. Thet before the next day, review what needs to be done the following day and make small changes if needed
  6. ALL THE BEST! Motivation gets you started, habit keeps you going :) Keep your dreams in mind, and remember that its just a stepping stone! The disciplined you gained from doing this will be useful regardless of your results (But you will likely get better results too if you do this)
